Remember what I said last week in my post about movement being life?  Movement literally feeds your body nutrition and keeps you energized!  So a healthy body is a moving body.

I explained in last week’s post how moving your body is necessary to keep your body healthy as movement distributes vital nutrients throughout your body and creates the energy that you need to get through your day.

In just 5-10 minutes, these energy boosters will bust you out of a slump, and you’ll have the stamina you need to get your day started on the right foot!
