How many reps or how long for each piece of the circuit?  How many times thru the circuit?i8

I recommend doing each exercise for 12-15 reps and performing the circuit three times.  If three circuits is too hard, then start with one or two.  Don't forget to make your first circuit a warm-up round:)

Did 2 sets this morning with a few minor modifications (back lunge, step stool instead of chair and decline pushups from knees on stool) - Good workout!!  Felt energized for hours afterwards.

Good for you, Laurel!  2 sets or circuits is a good place to start.  Good idea to make modifications as necessary:)
