Health & Fitness Coach, Employee Wellness - Eat Clean, Get Fit, Be Healthy in NH
Anyone who knows me knows that I’m a huge advocate for organic farming.
I not only eat a diet that consists mostly of organic foods, I also teach people about the many benefits organic foods have on their health and fitness.
When I’ve discussed organic foods with people I’ve often been asked the question is there really enough organic food to feed everyone?
It seems there’s a lot of people who believe that we need to rely on the big chemical companies to produce enough food, but is this true? Do we really need to use pesticides, herbicides, insecticides and fungicides to grow our food?
I asked New Hampshire organic farmer, Charlie Reid, to share his insight on these questions. His response is raw and to the point; Charlie is no BS when it comes to organics!
He also reveals the secret to buying the best organic food available to you. (Hint: If more of us don’t start doing this we’re going to be in big trouble and getting fresh, organic foods will no longer be possible!)
To supporting our organic farmers,
