Phase #1: Get Fit Starter Kit (4 sessions)

    • Diet, Exercise and Sleep Journal
    • Metabolic Typing Assessment
  • Physical Assessment:
    • Postural and Movement Screens
    • Core Strength and Activation Tests
    • Body Fat Calculations and Circumference Measurements
    • Strength and Flexibility Evaluations
  • Development of Your Custom FRIEND YOUR BODY Program:
    • Tailored exercise program for your needs
    • Metabolic Type meal plan with food lists, sample menus and recipes
    • Customized daily meal plan
  • Initial consultation to review your FRIEND YOUR BODY Program
  • Four week follow-up consultation to review your progress and re-evaluate your goals



 

Phase #2: Get Fit and Stick with It Packages


After you've built the foundation to your FRIEND YOUR BODY Program with the Get Fit Starter Kit, it's time to stick with your momentum with regular coaching sessions.  Your regular coaching sessions will help you to Implement, Monitor, Evaluate and Improve your plan so that it fits your evolving lifestyle.  Your sessions will be comprised of working towards your fitness, nutrition and stress management goals with simple incremental steps for behavior change.  You can purchase a package of coaching sessions to use at a pace(weekly, monthly, etc.) that works for you.
